Supervisors can't face that they wrote a BAD urgency ordinance!! Lawsuits???

    Every single appeal that comes before the Calaveras Supervisors regarding cannabis cultivation is both a waste of time for staff and for elected officials.

   It's almost every time because of a badly and hurriedly written Urgency Ordinance for regulation.  Now that Measure D has failed, they need to go back and fix the parts of the ordinance that are crazy and arbitrary.  And they better do it before the county gets sued!!!
