Boat tied to telephone pole on Hwy 4

   December 17, 2016 at 10:45 AM:  CHP has received a report of a boat tied to a telephone pole on Hwy 4 near Kaiser Road below Farmington.

   The boat is partially in the lane, so be cautious.  At least it's tied up so it can't get away!!
