Tow truck Collision on Hwy 4 at Hwy 99

   December 23, 2016 at 1:50 PM:  A tow truck collided with the guardrail on Hwy 4 (xtown) eastbound merge with Hwy 99 in Stockton.

   An ambulance and CHP are en route to the scene. The passenger was reportedly injured.
