Jumper reported on Hwy 99

   December 21, 2016 at 9:30 AM:  A jumper was reported on Hwy 99 at Hammett Road in Modesto by a woman who thought he was going to land on her car.

   CHP and other authorities are en route to the scene and making a traffic break in the area.
