Large German Shepherd on Hwy 99

   December 22, 2016 at 9 AM:  A large German Shepherd has been reported sitting on the edge of Hwy 99 northbound at Liberty Road in Galt.

   CHP is en route to the area. Be cautious until the dog can be removed from the roadway.
