Puppy on I-5 in Lathrop

   December 15, 2016 at 9:10 AM:  A small puppy has been reported just sitting in the center divide of I-5 at Lathrop Road in Lathrop.

   CHP has been  notified but be cautious if in that area. Poor thing.
