Vehicle vs. deer in Soulsbyville

   December 19, 2016 at 9:15 AM:  A vehicle reportedly hit a deer on Hwy 108 in Soulsbyville.

   CHP is en route to the scene, along with a tow truck.  Be cautious and use bumper deer warning whistles to help prevent hitting the deer.
