Joe Walsh and Laith Al Saadi take the prize

Definite Rock and Roll history last night
on "The Voice"
While not the best looking contestant on "The Voice" his unbelievable guitar playing and ability to sing rock wowed America as Laith Al Saadi made it to the final four.

As his final number, he teamed up with his idol, Joe Walsh (yes, of the Eagles) and they played "Rocky Mountain Way" as a duet. Amazing performance by both.  Al Saadi took 4th place in the contest, but we thought he was fantastic.

Mama bear and 3 cubs hang around house at Tahoe

This photo is from last summer of a mama and
five cubs in a backyard pool on a hot day.
The video of a family of bears taken by homeowners shows that the mama a three cubs were feasting on a freezer containing fish sticks and other goodies when they had left the garage door open.

One cub was seemingly unafraid and unwilling to give up his fish sticks until a
deputy came right up to him.  If you are afraid of the bears, get a big dog or keep everything locked up tight.  One person said that he cut a big hole in his fence for the bears to go through so they don't climb up and cause the fence to fall. Good idea!!
