Calaveras Supervisor Clapp did NOT obey laws as contractor???

   A member of the public got up in front of the Calaveras Supervisors to address each Board member regarding their stance on cannabis and the law.

   For Mr. Clapp, district 5 rep, he stated that Mr. Clapp had loudly bragged that as a contractor he had always obeyed the laws. 

    This man said that there was a lawsuit on the record with his name on it showing he was convicted of breaking a law regarding sewage on one of his jobs.  We have not yet verified his statement.

    Lawsuits have numbers issued by the court. Did the citizen give the number or just run his mouth.

    It was a criminal case C7187!
