Traffic collision in Bear Valley

   February 17, 2017 at 3:45 PM:  A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 in Bear Valley. One vehicle hit the snowbank.

   CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene. Be extra cautious if in that area. It is snowing.
