Vehicle found wrecked in Valley Springs

   March 15, 2017 at 10:25 AM:  A resident on St. Andrews Road in Valley Springs reported that they came home to find that someone had collided with their vehicle and fled the scene.

   CHP is en route to the area.  No injuries have been indicated.
