Big rig blocking Hwy 4

   April 20, 2017 at 11 AM:  A big rig has run off Hwy 4 near Jack Tone Road below Farmington and is blocking the roadway.

   A tow truck and CHP are en route. The big rig is apparently stuck in the mud.
