The so-called BIGLY murder case in Railroad Flat last year has been used by the temporary Sheriff as a reason
to BAN cannabis.
THREE MURDERS IN CALAVERAS COUNTY, the Sheriff bragged!!! Because of POT!!!! he continued; all because of pot!
Since Barretts case was declared a mistrial because the jury could not decide, was he completely innocent, did the Sheriff and the DA do an incompetent job or was the attorney Foley the hero of the day getting his client off.
He has now accepted a plea deal of guilty of one count of manslaughter and another of gun violation. Maybe people do have the right to protect their property!!!
Did the Sheriff make it up. Try to make it look like murder on purpose? What is wrong with law enforcement in this county???.
