Supervisor Clapp wants to BAN farm animals in Calaveras!!

At the Calaveras Supervisor meeting on April 25, 2017 the District 5 Supervisor Clapp asked for an agenda item to see about banning farm animals from residential areas.

He says his voters don't like horses, chickens, goats, etc. in the Rancho Calaveras subdivision, which he represents.  They also don't like the animals to get out on the roadways.

  2. Idiot cant even speak clearly or into the mic during meetings. He votes the same as Mills or Toff every time. Zero qualifications for being a supervisor. Only in this backwards county!
