White pickup strikes car and flees the scene

   May 25, 2017 at 3:55 PM:  A white pickup reportedly struck a car in the MarVal parking lot at Hwy 26 and Hwy 12 in Valley Springs and fled the scene.

   A nearby witness took a photo of the white truck. CHP is investigating.
