Pedestrian on Hwy 4

   June 17, 2017 at 7:50 AM:  CHP is at the scene of a reported pedestrian walking in the fog line area of Hwy 4 at Six Mile Road in Vallecito.

   He is apparently carrying a load of items.  Be cautious if in that area.
