Car runs off Hwy 26 in Valley Springs

   July 12, 2017 at 5:55 PM:  A car has reportedly run off Hwy 26 near Hogan Dam Road in Valley Springs.

   Driver is apparently attempting to get out of the ditch by himself. The vehicle is smoking, so CalFire is responding.
