Cow drowning in mud in Jamestown

   July 12, 2017 at 8:05 AM; A cow is reportedly drowning in mud which is up to its chin at Hwy 108 and Tulloch Dam Road in Jamestown.

   Animal Services has been notified.  Will anyone arrive in time to save the animal??
