Hit and Run fence off Hwy 16

   July 27, 2017 at 9:30 AM:  A rancher reported that someone had run off Hwy 16 in Plymouth and driven through his cattle fence and then left the scene.

   He didn't think any cattle were out, however.  CHP has been notified.
