Big rig blocking Hwy 4

   August 29, 2017 at 8:40 AM:  A big rig is apparently stuck at Hwy 4 and Pacific Valley Road at the bridge and blocking the roadway.

   This is a one-lane road, so be cautious if headed in that direction.
