Cab and Blazer collide on Hwy 108

   August 4, 2017 at 6:15 AM:  A Golden State Cab and an older Blazer have reportedly collided on Hwy 108 ant the Phoenix Lake turnoff.

   No injuries have been indicated, but one person is apparently irate. CHP is en route to the scene.
