Chief of Staff's face tells it all!!

speech tells it all!  He obviously did not have input on the
wording or tone. It was simply a campaign speech to his
deplorables, "Believe ME!!"

    That speech was the most honest, direct, and appropriate speech we've heard from a president in decades.
