Hit and run at West Point Caltrans yard

   October 5, 2017 at 2 PM:  A car reportedly ran a Caltrans vehicle off Hwy 26 near the Caltrans yard in West Point.

   The car then left the scene. CHP has been notified of the incident. No injuries have been indicated.
