Keystone Pipeline approved in spite of 200,000 gallon leak

   Nebraska regulators approved the Keystone Pipeline this morning, despite a leak in the existing pipeline that has spilled over the land.

   At least 200,000 gallons of oil have spilled in this most recent leak.
