Woman in Valley Springs arrested

On November 25, 2017 Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Lisa Marie Owens (46) of Valley Springs on Silver Rapids Drive in Rancho Calaveras.

   Owens was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Vehicle Theft, a felony.
