Big rig dangles off I-5

   A big rig swerved to avoid hitting a pickup on I-5 around 5:45 AM today and ended up with the cab dangling off the edge.

   The trailers blocked three lanes of traffic during the morning rush in Stockton near Pershing
Avenue.
