Chains required on Hwy 4, Hwy 88

  December 3, 2017 at 7:10 AM:  Caltrans is requiring chains on all vehicles without 4 wheel drive at Camp Connell on Hwy 4. Chains are required on Hwy 88 at Ham's station.
