Car takes out sign and hits bank in Avery

   With about an inch of snow on the ground, there were a few spinouts this morning. One was on Hwy 4 at Moran Road in Avery.

   The road sign is on the ground and quite a chunk of the bank was taken out when a car lost its footing earlier.
