Kitty rescued frozen to pond

Firefighters rescued this poor cat that was found to have been
frozen to the surface of this pond in New Hampshire. An
investigation is underway. There are crazy humans
who abuse animals in every state of the union!
LOCK THEM UP!  LOCK THEM UP!!

    How perfectly cruel!! At least they rescued it. There aren't enough insane asylums if you ask me.
