Toyota hits dog, runs

   January 7, 2018 at 1:55 PM:  A black Toyota reportedly struck a dog on Hwy 26 near Jack Tone Road  outside Stockton and then left the scene.

   CHP is en route to the area. Be cautious if headed that way.
