39 years behind bars...

Coley is now 70 years old.

   After spending 39 years behind bars for killing his ex-girlfriend and her son, Craig Richard Coley was set free by California
 Governor Brown's pardon.

   Modern DNA tests proved that Coley was not guilty of the killings. He only receives $2 million for his 40 years after a wrongful conviction.
