Big rig stuck, blocking Hwy 88

   February 9, 2018 at 8:50 AM: A big rig trying to make a U-turn is stuck and blocking part of Hwy 88 at Ridge Road in Jackson.

   CHP and a tow truck are responding. Be cautious until they get it cleared.
