Car into ditch on Hwy 4

   February 10, 2018 at 9:55 AM:  A car has reportedly run off Hwy 4 and into a ditch near Darby Russell Road and the Red Apple Drive.

   One person reports that the driver is attempting to leave the scene. An officer is en route.
