UPDATE: Snyder family says they are handling the fire and want no help from the fire department.
UPDATE: They are having a problem accessing the ranch. The fire is now an acre in size.
February 11, 2018 at 5:50 PM: A grass fire has been reported on Paloma
Road in Paloma. This is the Snyder Ranch, a debris fire that apparently escaped.
CalFire just arrived at the scene. It is about a half acre at this time. A water tender is responding. The next nearest engine is in Arnold. Dispatch did not want them because of the time required to respond.
Don't think John and Betty would like what must be hidden somewhere on their ranch. lol
