Stay off Hwy 4 above Murphys if possible

   February 23, 2018 at 9:30 AM:  Hwy 4 is solid ice this morning, nearly all the way down to Murphys.

   Very dangerous driving. The temp is around 19 degrees at 3500'. Bird baths are frozen solid.  BRRRRR
