Big rig blocking Hwy 4 in Farmington

   March 27, 2018 at 2 PM:  A big rig is reportedly blocking both lanes after running off Hwy 4 in the Farmington area and getting stuck in the ditch.

   No injuries have been indicated, but be cautious if headed in that direction.
