Chains required at Murphys

   March 3, 2018 at 5:20 AM:  Caltrans is requiring chains on all vehicles without 4 wheel drive above Murphys.

   About 2 additional inches of snow fell at 3500'.  Arnold got around a foot. Drive carefully.
