Two tow trucks needed for Hwy 4 crash

   March 31, 2018 at 9:30 PM:  A second tow truck is responding to a reported collision on Hwy 4 east of Black Springs in Ebbetts Pass.

   CHP is at the scene. It isn't clear if there are any injuries at this time.
