Vehicle spin-out on Hwy 4

   April 16, 2018 at 10:45 AM:  A vehicle has spun out on Hwy 4 near the Spicer Reservoir turnoff in Ebbetts Pass.

   Be careful, as the snow is really coming down about 3500'.
