Sheriff DiBasilio loses %--now below 50%

   As of 10:30 PM on June 5, 2018 DiBasilio has lost his over 50% win and is now at 49% with Gary Stevens at 29 and Garrahan at 20%.

   This would mean a runoff between DiBasilio and Stevens in November. Stevens is the only pro-BAN candidate.
