Hwy 4 closed tomorrow morning

   Warning to travelers:  Hwy 4 will be closed through Arnold between 9 AM and around 11:30 AM due to the 7th of July parade.

   Avoid the area or take Moran Road in Avery to go around Arnold during that time.
