Apparently around 8:30 PM on July 13, 2018 nearly 200 inmates at the Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown rioted.
Several were injured and transported to a hospital. Things were brought under control by guards after a lengthy rout between prisoners.
They need to get Ed Ballard over there and he could be the inmate whisperer and get them all to behave and make their beds.
