Is the English Code Enforcement Officer an illegal alien??

   The newest Calaveras Code Enforcement Officer has a strong English accent.  Is he legal? Or is he an illegal alien?

   Has anyone told Trump about him?  Call ICE to remove and deport him immediately!!
