Animal abusers should be HUNG!!

This poor little dog was found by a stranger stuffed in a bag in a
trash can.  We have seen animals shot at, poisoned, left in the
cold to die and otherwise abused in Calaveras. We believe
all animal abusers should be HUNG!!!
