Traffic hazard on Hwy 4

   September 25, 2018 at 6:30 AM: Some type of traffic hazard has been reported on Hwy 4 near Moran Road.  We aren't sure if this is upper Moran in Arnold or in Avery.

  Be cautious if headed that way. No CHP unit has yet arrived.
