Moving van stuck on Hwy 4 at Alpine

   October 9, 2018 at 2:45 PM:  A moving van is reportedly stuck and is blocking Hwy 4 at Lake Alpine.

   CHP is responding, along with a tow truck. Be cautious if in that area.
