Beagle on Hwy 4

   November 19, 2018 at 8:45 AM:  A tan beagle has been reported on Hwy 4 at Vallecito Bypass Road in Vallecito.

   No Calaveras County Animal Control person is on duty today apparently.  Be cautious if in that area.
