Warning: Cows on Moran Road

   December 8, 2018 at 9:15 AM:  Be cautious if in the area of Moran Road and Hwy 4 as cows have been reported in the roadway in Avery.

   CHP has been notified and the owner will have to be located. Keep an eye out for them in the meantime.
