Miss Calaveras contestants 2018

 We have been told that only four girls have registered to run for Miss Calaveras 2018.  We aren't sure why there aren't more.

 The names are are Summer Hamari, Destiny Berry, Briana Wagner and Ava Mosely. Good luck girls!

Russell Crowe's ART of DIVORCE auction

   Yesterday's auction in Australia of memorabilia belonging to Russell Crowe, brought in quite a bit of money for his wife, who is divorcing him.

   The total take for the day's items in an auction titled ART of DIVORCE, was $3.7 million.

 The Dodgers are still in town today and face the Giants at 1PM PDT.

1 dead, 6 injured in fire at Trump Tower

  A four alarm fire on the 50th floor of Trump Tower resulted in 1 resident dying after being taken to the hospital in critical condition.

   6 firefighters were also injured battling this fire.
