Caltrans closes Hwy 4

  February 15, 2019 at 11:20 AM:  Hwy 4 is now CLOSED at Cabbage Patch due to this winter storm.

  Travelers are advised to find alternate routes to Bear Valley.  We do  not know how long this may last, but will keep you advised.
